Royal Windsor Racecourse, Maidenhead Road, Windsor, Berkshire, SL4 5JJ, United Kingdom
The atelier is located next to the old Grandstand building which overlooks the finishing post at Royal Windsor Racecourse. The atelier is a space dedicated to Personal Tailoring with all the fabrics, samples, moodboards, books, pictures and try-ons there to provide the service.
Why called an atelier?
Atelier is like a studio, and a term used by tailors whose focus is creating and making something unique every time. At John Goodwin the garment is made specifically for you; no two garments are the same.
The atelier overlooks the race track, close to the winning post. It has a balcony to view the racing with a television so the whole race can we watched.

For most of the week, the backdrop to the atelier is a tranquil green with views over the track, the river and Eton Wick in the distance. However, every Monday the place changes into a hub of activity when thousands come to watch the races and the atelier's right in the centre, with a perfect vantage point from the atelier’s first-floor balcony to watch the horses cross the finish line.
